TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prize draw terms

By entering the prize draw you agree to the following terms.

  • 1.
    Open to event attendees aged 18+ who represent an eligible organization and have, or can obtain, the necessary authority to participate in the assessment.
  • 2.
    One entry per person and one entry per organization. No purchase necessary.
  • 3.
    One winner will be selected at random when the exhibition floor closes and notified using the contact details provided.
  • 4.
    The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification and agree to commence the assessment within 30 days of acceptance, at a mutually agreed date.
  • 5.
    Prize consists of ADX VISION 30, a 30-day AI Exposure Audit for up to 5,000 endpoints, with an indicative value of US$10,000.
  • 6.
    Deployment is subject to BlackFog’s standard technical requirements and the winner’s organization providing the necessary access, approvals and cooperation.
  • 7.
    Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
  • 8.
    If the winner does not respond within 7 days, cannot meet the deployment requirements or does not commence the assessment within the required period, BlackFog reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • 9.
    BlackFog reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
  • 10.
    Employees of BlackFog and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
