Former CFO of Yahoo, Fortinet, and Siebel Systems

Kenneth A. Goldman is a distinguished financial executive and technology industry leader with more than four decades of experience guiding global enterprises through growth, transformation, and public offerings.

Mr. Goldman is best known for his tenure as Chief Financial Officer of Yahoo! Inc. (2012–2017), where he oversaw all global finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, controllership, tax, treasury, and investor relations. Prior to Yahoo!, he served as CFO at Fortinet, Inc., a leading cybersecurity company, and at Siebel Systems, Inc., a pioneer in customer relationship management software later acquired by Oracle. Over his career, Mr. Goldman has helped take three companies public and has provided financial leadership across multiple Fortune 500 and emerging technology firms.

In addition to his executive roles, Mr. Goldman has held board and governance positions at numerous public and private companies. He currently serves on the boards of RingCentral, Fortinet, Kodiak Robotics, and C3.ai, and contributes his expertise to nonprofit organizations such as the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Foundation. His prior service includes membership on the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s (PCAOB) Standing Advisory Group, the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (FASAC), and the U.S. Treasury Advisory Committee on the Auditing Profession.

A strong advocate for higher education and ethical leadership, Mr. Goldman is an Emeritus Trustee of Cornell University and a member of the Harvard Business School California Research Center Advisory Board.

Mr. Goldman holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He resides in Atherton, California, where he enjoys skiing, windsurfing, kiteboarding, and golf with his family.
